This is not an objection, more of a comment.

This extension will have a detrimental impact on the amount of direct sunlight the rear of my property receives during Spring and Autumn. The apex of the roof of the current rear extension determines when direct sunlight reaches the kitchen / dining room of my house. Anything that raises the height of that roof will reduce the number of days per year and hours per day of direct light my house receives.

Moving the apex closer to my property, which will happen if this extension goes ahead, will also reduce the amount of direct light.

Please can the Council ensure that the extension is not built any higher than the current apex of the roof? I'm prepared to accept the effect of moving the apex closer; but not of making it any higher than it currently is.
