Dear Mr. Hindley,
We would like to confirm that we do not object to the pruning of the overhanging branches, provided that:
1.
Only the overhanging branches extending into the neighbouring property are pruned, and
2.
The works are carried out by a qualified and insured arborist, with experience in managing trees under Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs),
We would also like to clarify that the proposed work have been requested by our neighbour and the tree does not pose any danger.
We trust this approach will ensure the tree's health is preserved.
