| Nature of Complaint: | Without listed building consent, The continuous placement of kiosks, beyond the time period permitted by condition 1 of Listed Building consent (HS/LB/15/01025) which expired on 18 May 2021. Condition 1 states, "this consent shall be for a limited period of five years from the date hereof and on or before the expiration of such period the buildings hereby permitted shall be removed and the pier shall be restored to the condition in which it was before such buildings were erected." The erection of one additional kiosk beyond the eleven authorised by the consent, contrary to condition 2 of HS/LB/15/01025, which plans restrict the number of kiosks in accordance with the approved plans. |
